State Preschool Application Process:
Enrollment opens for the 2026/2027 school year on May 1, 2026.
The State-Funded Preschool Program (CSPP) is offered to qualifying families.
A Part-day and Full day & Full year preschool program is offered to children:
-Children who will turn 3 years old on or before Dec.1 of the current school year.
-Children who turn 3 on or after December 2 may be enrolled after their 3rd birthday.
-Children who are 4 years old.
Fountain Valley School District offers the following programs:
Part- Day Preschool Sites- Oka (9800 Yorktown Ave, HB) & Tamura (17340 Santa Suzanne, FV)
Full Day & Full Year Preschool Site- Tamura (17340 Santa Suzanne, FV)

You will be contacted in July with more information on requirements and application. Appointments will take place in July 2026. We will fill spots according to need until all 48 are filled.
